My name is Ashley Calvento and I am a 25 year old NASM Personal Trainer and a NASM Assisted Stretching and Flexibility Coach. I started my fitness journey in 2017 and lost 60 pounds and gained Muscle at the same time. I fell in love with fitness and got my NASM Personal Training Certification in 2018. I have trained many people in the past 7 years and I love helping them all reach their goals and becoming more intuitive with their bodies. As a stretch coach, I have been helping many people learn how to properly stretch their bodies. It’s an amazing experience and I’m ready to help even more people feel healthy and confident!
My mission is to help more people become focused on their health, become more intuitive with their exercise/stretch selection, and staying tenacious throughout the process!
I believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their age or fitness level. I know not everyone has the time and money to hire a Personal Trainer, go to a gym, or even workout 5-6x a week. My approach is based on creating intuitive habits that fit YOUR lifestyle, rather than quick fixes that are difficult to maintain. I also took the time to create from affordable/free E-books that should help you flourish into your fitness journey.
